EVA Hot Melt Film Manufacturing Machine

This machine is designed to make EVA hot melt adhesive film. The Eva hot melt film consist of wax, tackifying resin, EVA resin and auxiliary agent. It is heated and coated on the release liner in the molten form. After passing it through the chilling roll it will get solidified and a film is formed. This film has the characteristics of high bonding strength, good thermal stability, fracture resistance and High tension.
