This is a Hot Melt dispenser. The model number is DP 102.

This model has one and half litre capacity tank for melting glue. With compressed air pressure it sprays the Hot melt on the surface of the substate. The spray density can be varied by changing air pressure and air flow. It changes with the distance between the nozzle and the substate. The moving speed of the substrate also decided the spray density.
