This is made of laminates. Laminate is a material where two different materials are stick together by1. Dry lamination process (Rs. 6 Lakh approx..)2. Extrusion lamination process.This pouches are made of metallized polyester or metalized BOPP; laminated to LDPE buy dry lamination process. The metalized BOPP gives the barrier property and LDPE helps for heat sealing of the pouch. Generally 12 to 15 micron metalized Polyester or BOPP is laminated to 25 micron of LDPE. (Low density poly ethylene).It is a food grade pouch used for packaging ready food (Hot or Cold) by restaurants for parcel or take away.In dry lamination after curing period the material is slitted to required width and then put on the Trasy’s Centre Sealing Pouch Machine CS3.
