The Model can coat up to 2000mm width material from 15 GSM to 80 GSM.
The machine consists of 2 unwinders.
The main unwinder can handle 1m diameter role and is equipped with powder break tension control and web guide.
The second unwinder can handles small rolls with powder break tension control and manual adjustment for guiding the web.
The rewinder is controlled by the magnetic clutch tension control it can wind effectively up to 800 mm diameter.
The machine in video is coating Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive 35 GSM on the craft paper to convert it into paper tape. The Machines speed is at 85 m per minute.
